DISPATCH

Every piece is handmade by me with care, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made, packed and dispatched (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.

UK DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 2 weeks after the dispatch date. While lost parcels are very uncommon, if your order hasn't arrived after this period, please get in touch and I'll happily investigate for you.

Please note: I currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

HANDMADE NATURE OF MY CERAMICS

Each piece is individually handmade and glazed, making every item completely unique.

The beauty of handmade ceramics is that no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Variations in glaze colour, pattern, texture and finish are a natural part of the making process, meaning your piece may differ slightly from the photographs shown. These small differences are what make every item one of a kind.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address and email address are correct before placing your order.

If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact me as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched so I can update it.

Unfortunately, I cannot refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address. If the parcel is returned to me, I'll be happy to arrange re-delivery at an extra cost.

If you're ordering for a birthday, gift or another special occasion, please get in touch before placing your order. I'll always do my best to accommodate your timeframe where possible, but as all items are handmade, I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As each piece is handmade to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, including photographs of the damage, and I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
